Our college presently offers the Department of Guidance and Counseling (Undergraduate, Master’s program, and Ph.D. Program), the Department of Special Education (Undergraduate, Master’s Program, and Ph.D. Program), the Institute of Education (Master’s Program, and Ph.D. Program), and the Institute of Counseling for Rehabilitation (Master’s Program). The Department of Guidance and Counseling and the Department of Special Education have dual classes.

To offer the existing teachers the chance to advance in study at their post, the Department of Guidance and Counseling has established the Master’s Program in Teaching of Guidance Activities.  The Department of Special Education has established Master’s Programs for Teaching of Special Education and the Master’s Program of Special Educational Administration, and the Institute of Education has established the Master’s Program of School Administration, which can be attended during summer vacation or at night respectively.
